Having done this for a living I would add one more than important annotation to the procedure. On instruction 3 you should never drag the blade backyards of move it dorsum and forth without lifting from the glass. When you drag the bade backwards you are likely pulling debri with it and this is when y'all scratch the glass. Just utilise the bract moving forward and lots of lubricant.

You may be able to use Goo-Gone or a similar chemical to deliquesce the sticker. However, we're not 100% certain this wouldn't harm the tint.
